Synopsis:  A 9 story Hilton Garden Inn Located in Columbus, OH

Our Scope:

9 stories of prefabricated load bearing walls
Exterior and interior bearing walls
Installation of exterior sheathing to include special board to achieve fire ratings.
Coordination with architect, structural engineer of record, general contractor, joist supplier, interior framing contractor
Unique Challenges:

A large building with a tight schedule.  In Northeast OH the weather can cause delays! Shrock Prefab ensured that was not a part of the equation by ensuring timely deliveries and finishing ahead of the winter-time worries!
