• Nine stories of prefabricated load bearing walls
• Exterior and interior bearing walls
• Installation of exterior sheathing to include special board to achieve fire ratings
• Coordination with architect, structural engineer of record, general contractor, joist supplier, interior framing contractor
• A large building with a tight schedule. In Northeast OH the weather can cause delays! Shrock Prefab ensured that was not a part of the equation by ensuring timely deliveries and finishing ahead of the wintertime worries!
