• Five stories of prefabricated load bearing walls
• Exterior and interior bearing walls
• Installation of exterior sheathing
• Coordination with architect, structural engineer of record, general contractor, and the joist supplier.
• A tight schedule provided the opportunity for Shrock Prefab to shine. Keys were turned over to the owner sooner than projected and revenues were realized due in part to Shrock Prefab's efforts
