Synopsis:  Two separate five story student housing buildings on one site located in Bowling Green, OH

Our Scope:

• Exterior and interior bearing walls
• Installation of exterior sheathing
• Coordination with architect, structural engineer of record, general contractor, joist supplier, interior framing contractor
• This project was fast-tracked from the beginning. From design and coordination through erection. Two separate crews worked onsite setting Shrock's panels in order to meet the project schedule. Shrock sent up to five truckloads of panels per week. That's approximately 3,000 LF of wall fabricated and erected in one week.
