Synopsis:  Two separate luxury apartment buildings situated on the same plot of land situated in the Canal Walk district of Richmond, VA. The buildings are seven stories and eight stories tall respectively.

Our Scope:

• Approximately 2,600 LT feet of prefabricated load bearing walls
• Exterior and interior bearing walls
• Installation of exterior sheathing
• Coordination with the architect, structural engineer of record, and the general contractor
• This project utilized the CFS load bearing walls to transfer shear loads down to the foundations. Shrock Prefab installed flat strap and Simpson hold downs in the prefab facility to aid in this effort
