Synopsis:  A huge student housing complex in Morgantown, West Virginia

Our Scope:

• Approximately 14,600 LF of prefabricated load bearing walls
• Exterior and interior bearing walls
• Installation of exterior sheathing
• Coordination with architect, structural engineer of record, and general contractor
• The framing contractor had not had much experience with installing prefabricated wall panels. Shrock sent a delegate to assist with the beginning of the project and act as a liaison to ensure a successful first experience
