Synopsis:   A six story office building for White Castle Restaurants

Our Scope:

• Exterior and interior bearing walls
• Installation of exterior sheathing
• Structural Brace Frames for Shear Transfer
• Structural Steel Brace Frames were the basis of design to transfer the shear loads down the building. Shrock Prefab fabricated the required assemblies to include nelson studs and shear plates. Shrock infilled the brace frames with light gage CFS in order that the installing contractor was able to efficiently install the drywall at these locations.
