Synopsis:  The AC Hotel by Marriott Columbus is an eight-story hotel Located in Dublin, OH.

Our Scope:

• Eight stories of prefabricated load-bearing walls
• Exterior and interior bearing walls
• Installation of exterior sheathing
• Coordination with architect, structural engineer of record, general contractor, joist supplier, interior framing contractor, and window installer
• This project had a lot of variation in the exterior walls. Shrock Prefab was pleased to provide coordination efforts which extended beyond what was expected in order to provide a seamless installation of wall panels and windows.
