Bill Swartz has been in the Building Material Sales industry since 1993, including 15 years in the Prefab Wood Truss components field. Bill’s experience also includes retail lumberyard and Industrial/Commercial sales.

Bill pays strict attention to the details of his client’s project needs, goals, and timeline. His reputation has earned him the position as a “go to person,” an individual of integrity with the goal of providing superior service.

Bill and his wife have been lifelong residents of Ohio. They have three busy children who keep the Swartz family actively supporting sports, academics, and numerous other activities. Bill earned his Bachelor's degree in Industrial Technology from Kent State University.
