Synopsis: Exterior Curtain wall for a three story Assisted Living Facility in Marlton, NJ

Our Scope:

• Provided sealed engineered installation (shop) drawings for all light gauge steel framing
• Built, and shipped 3,325 LF of prefabricated bypass curtain wall panels to the jobsite
• Installation of exterior gypsum sheathing, 1.5” exterior grade insulation and ½” exterior grade OSB, and insulation in all exterior closed cavities.
• Supplied wall panel fabrication drawings
• Coordination with architect, structural engineer of record, and general contractor
