Synopsis: A five story Assisted Living Facility located in Columbus OH

Our Scope:

• Five stories of prefabricated load bearing walls Exterior and interior bearing walls.
• Installation of exterior sheathing.
• Supply of supplemental and non-load-bearing CFS materials to the site Coordination with architect, structural engineer of record, and the general contractor
• Originally designed in wood, Shrock Prefab and Engineering took on the full conversion of this five story building to cold-formed steel. The building was unique on each story and presented the opportunity to overcome design challenges along the way. This was also a project in which the owner required a more turnkey approach. Shrock Prefab was able to provide a full CFS material supply package for this project to include the non-load b wall materials shipped loose to the site.
