Synopsis: Shrock Prefab provided interior and exterior load bearing and exterior non-load bearing

         CFS wall panels for a 3-story Assisted Living Facility. 

Our Scope :

• Fabricated and shipped over 8,000 LF of wall panels
• Installed over 42,000 SF National Gypsum 5/8" Goldbond EXP Sheathing.
• Provided CFS-engineered shop and fabrication drawings.
• Coordination with the engineer of record, architect, sub-contractor, and the general contractor.
• Supplied and installed X-braced flat strap, Simpson S/HD hold-downs, and related items for lateral stability within the wall panels
• Supplied and installed HSS structural steel load distribution member to support Ecospan joists.
