108th ADA Barracks

Fort Bragg, North Carolina

Synopsis:   A four story Transient Unaccompanied Personnel Housing building (barracks) located in Fort Bragg, NC

Our Scope:

• Four stories of prefabricated load bearing walls!
• Exterior and interior bearing walls
• Installation of exterior sheathing
• Coordination with the architect, structural engineer of record, general contractor, joist supplier, and the truss supplier
• CFS truss loads needed to be carried specifically down to the slab. Also, Progressive Collapse design was utilized and portions of the challenging design were incorporated into the wall panels right at the Prefab facility.
