Synopsis: Shrock Prefab provided prefabricated exterior and interior load-bearing wall panels for a 4-story student housing complex.

Our Scope :

• Fabricated and shipped around 13,000 LF of wall panels
• Installed DuPont Armorwall Structural Insulated Sheathing on the exterior of the panel
• Provided engineered sealed CFS drawings and wall fabrication drawings
• Coordination with the engineer of record, architect, sub-contractor, and the general contractor
• Pre-installed windows before shipping to the job site
