Synopsis: Infill framed exterior (curtain wall) wall panels for a 2 story middle school located in Delaware OH

Our Scope:

• Built, and shipped over 1,100 LF of two story tall prefabricated wall panels to the jobsite
• Installation of “Thermax Xarmor” wall system. This is a 2” exterior insulation and air and vapor barrier system.
• Installation of fire treated “wood buck” at all window openings to allow for ease of window installation by others.
• Provided Sealed wall panel fabrication drawings for submittal and approval
• Coordination with the architect, structural engineer of record, and general contractor
