Project Executive,

Rodney H. Kilbury

Shrock Prefab is proud to have Rodney Kilbury as a member of its team. Rodney has nearly two decades of experience in the CFS Industry. His resume includes Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Project Executive in the prefabrication and installation of cold formed steel buildings. He has had a hand in projects built and installed throughout the country from California to Florida. These endeavors range from apartment buildings to student housing, military barracks, assisted living accommodations, time share properties, and hotel markets.

Rodney was first introduced to Shrock Prefab while working alongside the Shrock team on an Indianapolis Assisted Living Facility. He found that collaboration to be a truly wonderful experience, and knew that joining forces would result in an even stronger team which could further benefit clients. Rodney shared the Prefab team goals of providing clients with maximum value, quality, and precision.

Because Shrock is largely an Amish company, Rodney jokes that his greatest challenge is “learning Pennsylvania Dutch!” However, seriously he states that, “the biggest challenge is trying to bring new ideas to a group of people that are already innovative and efficient.” Indeed this small town Amish company is an oxymoron in the corporate world of the commercial building industry. The Prefab continues to provide innovative cutting edge services, processes, products, and solutions. Through all of his training and experiences, Rodney hopes to impart any knowledge that he can to all of the Shrock family of companies.

Rodney resides along the shores of Lake Erie in Huron, Ohio with his wife Jennifer. Together, they have raised two beautiful children: son, Jack who is married to Alexa, and daughter, Madelon. Rodney enjoys waterfowl hunting, wood working, and snow skiing, The Kilbury family also loves hiking and boating on Lake Erie in their 1959 Lyman boat!
