Russell Schaeffer has worked in the Cold Form Steel (CFS) Wall Panel industry since 2001. Russell places high value on integrity and character, and fits well in the Shrock family of companies. He has held several integral positions within the CFS industry, paying special attention to the prefabrication process during his career. His attitude for an on-time and under budget project experience for his clients is achieved by his expertise in material procurement, project management, and site supervision.

Russell has enjoyed working with some of the industry’s top leaders in design and “R&D”. Working on these teams has exposed him to challenging projects of varying scale, budget, and time sensitivity. Several industry processes and products exist due to this collective work.

Russell is a husband and active father to eight beautiful children. A long time Ohio native, he currently resides in Beaufort, SC. He feels valued at Shrock Prefab & Engineering . Russell is an excited and passionate member of the prefab team and looks forward to working with you.
